Kim Campbell, Chief Executive Officer and Senior Staff Appraiser, is a State-Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser with more than 40 years of experience. Kim has a banking background and has been appraising since 1977. He is a native Houstonian, with vast knowledge of the city and its surrounding areas. His in-depth experience provides our firm with additional insight of the marketplace. Windee Falla, Chief Operating Officer, has served CCA since 1996. A native Texan and Houstonian since 1992, Windee has a clear understanding of the Houston Real Estate Market, the appraisal process and the role it holds in the Mortgage Industry. She has served on the Houston Board of Directors as well as the National Board of Directors for the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women. In 2014 our founding partner, Chris Catechis, former member of the Appraisal Institute, retired from Catechis, Campbell & Associates. |
